5 Delicious Guilt Free Sides for Your Thanksgiving
1. Lemony Swiss Chard with Sesame-Garlic Salt
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Swiss Chard
1 tbsp duck fat or coconut oil
2 tsp of Selina Naturally Sesame Garlic Salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Process:
1. Chop Swiss Chard and rinse
2. Heat oil in pan and add wet chard
3. Squeeze lemon juice and add salt
4. Saute for 8 minutes
5. Enjoy!
2. Roasted Parsnips with Sage
Ingredients:
4 parsnips
1 tbsp duck fat
5 sage leaves
1 tsp sea salt
Process:
1. Chop parsnips
2. In a bowl, coat with duck fat, chopped sage leaves and salt
3. Place in roasting dish
4. Bake on 400 for 25-35 minutes (depending on how tender you prefer)
5. Serve & Enjoy!

3. Japanese Seven Spice "Faux Rice" (Cauliflower Rice)
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 tsp The Spice House Japanese 7 Spice
1-2 tbsp duck fat (depending on how big the cauliflower is)
1/2-1 tsp sea salt (depending on how big the cauliflower is)
Process:
1. Using the shredder attachment on the food processor, shred cauliflower
2. Heat 1/2 of fat in a pan
3. Add cauliflower, salt & spice
4. Saute for 6 minutes and add the additional duck fat. Add more if needed
5. Saute for another 4 minutes
6. Serve & Enjoy!
